Return and Refund Policy

These are the terms and conditions (the “Policy”) that apply when you make a purchase from Yes T-Shirt, operated by We Can Custom, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order for merchandise through our website, you accept this Policy and agree to be bound by it.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase.

  • After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer available, as the order will already be in processing.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible with your order number at support@yestshirt.com.

Returning Goods

We want your order to be exactly as you expected. Please double-check product details before submitting your order on our website.

Yes T-Shirt maintains a limited Return Policy. We only accept returns for products that are defective due to Yes T-Shirt’s fault, including:

  • Wrong size compared to the order details.
  • Incorrect design or print differing from the product page.
  • Damaged goods upon arrival (e.g., peeling, tearing, breaking).
  • Wrong style received (e.g., long sleeve instead of short sleeve).

NOTE: Except in the cases listed above, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for any other reason (such as changing your mind or selecting the wrong size yourself).

Returning Goods Process

If your order has an issue caused by us (wrong size, wrong design, damaged item, or wrong style), please email us within 14 days of delivery: support@yestshirt.com

In the “Request a Return” email, please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos clearly showing the issue (defect, damage, incorrect item, or size tag if size is wrong)

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund

No return shipping is required in most cases. Processing a replacement takes 1–4 business days, and shipping may take 4–15 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). If this method is no longer valid, please contact us via support@yestshirt.com to arrange another option.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned Goods (or verify the photos), we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days (business days only). Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please email us at support@yestshirt.com for assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Processing time is calculated in business days only. Refund Orders requested on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Exchanges Policy

We do not offer exchanges in all cases. However, if the issue is caused by us (wrong size, incorrect design, or damaged item), we will handle it following our Returning Goods process above.

Depending on your preference and the verification of the issue, we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or
  • Provide a full refund

Customers do not need to place a new order for an exchange in these specific cases.
